Are you curious about the new Vermont Health Equity and Community Design Technical Assistance Pilot?

The Creating a Healthier Vermont: Advancing Health Equity through Placemaking, Funding, and Support webinar series is an opportunity to learn more and get your questions answered about the newest Vermont Health Equity and Community Design Technical Assistance opportunity from the Vermont Department of Health and the Vermont Department of Housing and Community Development. This is a two-part event series, including a Technical Assistance Overview Meeting and a Technical Assistance Roundtable. Please read more about these two events and register for each one below.

These events are open to community leaders, local and statewide organizations, neighborhood groups, and interested residents across the state of Vermont. We want each town to have the chance to benefit from this valuable technical assistance opportunity.

– Present the new Healthy Equity and Community Design Technical Assistant Pilot;
– Discuss ways to access technical assistance resources; and,
Answer questions about the new Health Equity and Community Design TA pilot program.

The Part 2: Technical Assistance Roundtable is a chance to connect with Technical Assistance providers and discuss potential project ideas. This event is an excellent opportunity to learn how the Health Equity and Community Design Technical Assistance Pilot can support community-led development, health equity, and placemaking projects in your own Vermont community!

Participants will:
