Vermont Health Equity and Community-Led Design Technical Assistance (TA) Pilot Program Symposium

Join us to celebrate the Vermont Healthy Communities Technical Assistance Pilot Project Symposium. We will convene to share resources, the TA Toolbox, and recommendations and discuss our TA Pilot Program experience and lessons learned together on this journey to community-led placemaking and health equity in Vermont. The keynote speech will be delivered by Jude Smith-Rachele, Co-founder & CEO of Abundant Sun.

Registration is now open to Vermont Communities who have received TA through the pilot program, Health Equity Ambassadors, Vermont Regional Planning Commissions, and Vermont Department of Health and Department of Housing and Community Development representatives and partners.

Keynote Speaker

Dr. Jude Rachele Smith, PhD is the Co-Founder & CEO of Abundant Sun, working to help organizations synthesize new information, ideas, and possibilities to transform their communities.

This event is open to Vermont communities who have received technical assistance through the pilot project, Health Equity Ambassadors, Vermont Regional Planning Commissions, and VDH and DHCD representatives and partners.
