Join us to continue celebrating the Vermont Healthy Communities Technical Assistance Pilot Project in Part 2 of the Virtual Symposium. We will convene to share lessons learned on this journey to community-led placemaking and health equity in Vermont. as well as the virtual technical assistance toolbox that will assist communities sustain their efforts. The keynote speech will be delivered by Charles T. Brown of Equitable Cities LLC.

Registration is now open to Vermont Communities who have received TA through the pilot program, Health Equity Ambassadors, Vermont Regional Planning Commissions, and Vermont Department of Health and Department of Housing and Community Development representatives and partners.
